Senior Living Sales Coordinator (Base + Commission)
Are you a natural connector who thrives on helping others and making an impact? At Jaybird Senior Living, we’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our community team and lead the charge in welcoming new residents with compassion, professionalism, and energy.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the driving force behind new move-ins, turning inquiries into tours and tours into residents.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with families, prospects, and referral sources.
- Follow up with urgency—responding to inquiries within 30 minutes via phone, text, and email.
- Track all outreach and interactions in our CRM system to ensure no detail is missed.
- Maintain a clean, inviting, tour-ready community atmosphere daily.
- Partner with your team on marketing events, community outreach, and business development.
What You Bring:
- 2–4 years of experience in senior living, housing, or hospitality sales
- A passion for serving older adults and helping families make life-changing decisions
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Confidence in using CRM tools and closing the sale
