What You Will Do:

  • Greet residents, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism.
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Monitor visitor log and ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Provide information and assistance to residents and guests.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating with other departments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Why You Are Qualified: 

  • Agree to undergo supplemental training by Community personnel, as may be required by the Community.
  • Have the professionalism necessary for establishing and maintaining a good rapport with resident and family members. Ability to handle emotionally charged situations in a professional manner.
  • Have an interest in and a sympathetic attitude toward caring for the elderly.
  • High school diploma or a GED.
  • Be able to read, write and comprehend English
