What You Will Do:

  • Travels to senior living communities with Director and/or Community Relations Coordinator vacancies to provide interim support and leadership in the areas of operations and sales.
  • Assess, identify, and help resolve issues in communities through a collaborative approach.
  • Monitors the implementation of current policies and procedures, which reflect adherence to corporate and external regulatory guidelines. Reviews new regulatory directives and implements changes as needed.
  • Provides training, guidance, and communication to support autonomy and accountability.
  • Participates in State and Federal surveys and compliance investigations. Supports and follows up with communities in identifying trends and assists in the development of corrective action plans and troubleshooting resolutions.
  • Monitors sales and operational platforms and takes a proactive approach to addressing opportunities and trends.
  • Ensures property has move-in ready apartments and grows occupancy through outreach, both with referral partners and individual inquiries.
  • Reports to leaders and ownership on community performance, along with action plans to improve.

Why You Are Qualified: 

  • 3 years’ management experience (senior living experience preferred)
  • Ability to travel to multiple states on a regular basis to support communities
  • Comfort with financial, sales, and EHR software; data reporting systems
