    What You Will Do:

    • Maintain, train, lead and motivate department heads and team members
    • Responsible for facilities maintenance, inventory, and compliance with policy and procedure
    • Oversee the community’s interdisciplinary departments, providing leadership to departmental coordinators, and working collaboratively
    • Ensure resident satisfaction and delivery of required services and programming
    • Responsible for preparing and adhering to monthly budgets
    • Uphold confidentiality and Health Insurance and Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations.
    • Ensure resident satisfaction and delivery of required services and timely communication with residents’ families where appropriate

    Why You Are Qualified:

    • Registered Nurse in good standing
    • 4 years of management experience
    • Expert knowledge of state and federal regulation as it pertains to assisted living
