What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Living Sales Coordinator, you’ll:

  • Achieve and exceed occupancy goals by building strong relationships with potential residents and their families.
  • Design and execute innovative marketing plans tailored to your community’s needs.
  • Manage CRM databases, ensuring timely and meaningful follow-ups – even on evenings and weekends when necessary.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate assessments, transitions, and move-ins.
  • Represent Jaybird Senior Living at community events, strengthening referral networks and increasing visibility.
  • Oversee the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective strategies with high impact.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: A degree in business, marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in sales, marketing, public relations, or healthcare. Experience with marketing plans and external sales is a plus. B2C or B2B sales experience beneficial. 
  • Skills: Strong communication skills with a variety of stakeholders, comfortable with new technology and applications, proven relationship-building skills, desire to grow career, passion for helping others and a proactive attitude. 
  • Requirements: Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check, provide valid references, and meet other pre-employment standards.
