What You Will Do:

• Ensures consistent quality of resident care and service delivery through hands-on training of care staff and delivery of care services to assisted living and memory care residents.
• Provides continuing education and supervision to Resident Assistants under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Assists in maintaining resident charts and reviewing documentation performed by caregivers.
• May pass medications and fill in when medication technicians or other licensed nurses are unavailable.
• Acts as a clinical leader on the floor developing other caregivers/nurses by demonstrating company core values.

Why You Are Qualified: 

• LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing
• CPR certification
• Ability to travel to various locations across the region to assist with care coverage (expenses paid)
• 1-year experience training others in a healthcare setting
• 1-year experience in a senior living setting
